We had our rehearsal dinner here at Paddock Place and it was fantastic! It was so beautiful and our guests loved it! We decided to do a bbq/ comfort food theme buffet. The food was actually really delicious. We had a large selection of food and the pricing came to around $30/ person which was pretty reasonable. The servers were also very attentive and kind. Highly recommend.
I recommend Gilmore Catering to all my friends and family in a heartbeat! The entire staff made our wedding day so special and we had absolutely nothing to worry about. They were a joy to work with.
Everyone loved the food at the wedding and the service was excellent, very attentive and polite. Really top of the line!
The day of the wedding was a very warm one and the ceremony took place in Dimnent Chapel, which is not air conditioned. When 250+ guests arrived at the reception, your staff was butlering beer and wine to assist the large number of thirsty people in line at the bar. They also brought drinks to the wedding party who were assembled downstairs before their entrance at the reception. Your staff was professional and very pleasant to work with. The meal, drinks, and wedding cake were served in a timely fashion to a very large group. Your staff handled it beautifully. Also, the pre-planning, taste testing, and final run through were well done. Any questions we had during the process were answered promptly.
We are extremely pleased with our choice of Gilmore Catering for our wedding day at Felt Mansion. Charlie, our event manager, is a master at what he does and the serving staff was friendly and knowledgeable. So many special touches like a server carrying my plate back to the table for me, one of the servers pulling out my grandmother's chair for her, the team cleaning the chargers when that was not in their job description, and so much more. We received many compliments on the food and the service. I was also impressed with the pre-planning; Angela Shea worked so well with me as an adviser, kept me on a timeline, advised great food options and portions, and contributed greatly to the success of the day. I could not have imagined going with any other catering company for our wedding day.
From start to finish we could not have had a better catering service. We booked a few weeks before our wedding and Angela made the whole process stress-free. We were amazed at the presentation and service on the day of our wedding and the staff went above and beyond to make it the most perfect day. We cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us.
The rehearsal dinner was very well organized and the food was delicious. The staff was extremely helpful in serving all of our needs. Please let them know that. It was a pleasure working with you. Not only was it a beautiful wedding on Saturday, we had a grandson born at St. Mary's Sunday morning! A very eventful weekend! Thank you again for all your help.
We had a great reception at Baker Lofts. The place was beautiful; I think being dark outside adds to the lighting inside. The food was delicious! Comments from people were: "I ate too much" and "can we have the recipe for the mac-n-cheese" and "that was delicious". Thank you for warming and serving the coffeecake; people really enjoyed that too. The serving staff did a great job.
The whole thing turned out great! We really enjoyed the food and Charlie was fantastic to work with. It couldn't have gone better. Than you again for everything!!
It was the most perfect day! Everyone at Paddock Place went above and beyond to make sure everything was amazing, and Nicole Dingman Photography was so easy and fun to work with! I wouldn't have changed a thing for our special day!
Gilmore did an absolutely wonderful job. The food was excellent. The service was spectacular. Everything from start to finish. My initial email was answered promptly. Angela and Lori were great to work with. My expectations were blown away! What a team!
We could not have asked for more! First, Thank you Angela for your time & patience with both Allie and myself. I really appreciate your getting back to us quickly. Gilmore Catering was fabulous! Ondi was incredibly sweet, fun, witty, calm, very positive & most of all informative. We walked the venue asking Ondi all kinds of questions to which she wrote everything down & answered our questions. The day of the wedding, Ondi was spot on. She was literally from one end of the venue to the other taking care of everything. She worked very well with all of her staff out front and at the bar. Ondi was literally running all night, making sure we were following our timeline. As sweet as she is, she works very well with everyone, delegates & takes on issues herself. A complete asset to your Company. As I said before, she is a keeper!
We received SO many compliments on the food, and I personally scarfed down my entire plate, it was so delicious! In addition, I really appreciate your attention to detail and all of our thorough planning meetings and many (many) e-mails. We really enjoyed working with both Kim and Luke. Kim, you had so many helpful planning tips and I very much appreciate you being direct and helping us stick to our budget. Luke, you were so professional yet still fun at the wedding. You handled the keg situation with tact. I was so shocked we ran out of the first keg during the cocktail hour! Our friends were having so much fun :) And I'm glad that Andy was able to pay the bill for the extra keg. It was great that you had us identify someone beforehand at our meeting on Thursday before the wedding because it made that decision a lot smoother the day of. The bartenders and staff were so helpful and gracious. It was so nice that someone was able to carry my plate for me through the buffet and to my table. We also appreciated the cake cutting and placing on the buffet table! Overall, our day was better than we even imagined and Gilmore Catering was a huge reason for that. Thank you so much! The service was absolutely amazing. Worked with Angela and Charlie (on the day of the event). Angela was prompt in responses and always willing to work with us or answer any questions we had. Made the entire process effortless. Charlie on the day of the wedding was very sweet and willing to work with us and make any same day adjustments that occurred.
Wow, what a great job Gilmore did for this wedding! It was amazing, the food, Maggie and her staff, etc., I can't thank you enough! Everyone raved about the food! Thank you again for your partnership on such a successful event.
Everything about our wedding reception in Saugatuck was amazing. I can't begin to tell you how thrilled we were with everything. Kim was fantastic to work with and Charlie was absolutely incredible. I was truly impressed, as were all of our guests; you made it seem effortless. And the food! Every single person that attended the wedding told me the food was fantastic.
All of the food was amazing! Guests keep telling us how great everything tasted. Brandon and I both agree that it was delicious!
We had our ceremony and reception at the B.O.B. and were beyond happy with not only how beautiful L3vel is as a reception space, but also how incredible the staff is! Our wedding went off almost entirely without a hitch! We worked with 2 different coordinators while planning as our coordinator was out of office for our big day celebrating her own big day. No details were missed as we were passed between coordinators. Both Lori and Madeline were responsive, so easy to work with and on top of everything! We wish we could relive our day over and over and would do it at the B.O.B. every time!
Thank you, and thanks for everything that you did for us. As stated Saturday evening, everything was great. Compliments to the chef and a big thanks for accommodating our menu. Food was delicious. We also would like to compliment the staff. They were very attentive, and polite to our family and guests! We will definitely be spreading the word about L3vel.
