Angela and the Gilmore team made our big day so special and we are so thankful! Angela answered every question and was so patient and accommodating with changes, additions, and dietary requirements. We received so many compliments on all of the food at the wedding, and the service was even more amazing! The servers were so attentive, and even put our food back in the warmer until we were able to sit and eat as the bride and groom. Everything was delicious, presented beautifully and served with attention and professionalism!
Our event went so well! Everyone at Baker Lofts/Gilmore Catering was so helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. They made it very easy for us to make changes and were so accommodating. My husband and I would recommend them to our friends and family looking for a venue or catering service. Everything was absolutely fabulous!!!! The guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was, especially the salad, rolls, and potatoes, and how beautiful everything was. Charlie and his crew were absolutely amazing! I think you guys are so lucky to have him! And you were awesome, as well. You were so easy to work with and really helped us pull off a wonderful event. Gilmore was so great! Our guests were raving about the food, and working with Kim & Charlie was such a delight. They took all of our wishes and ideas and made them happen deliciously, and we’re super Covid-conscious and had a lot of ideas on how to make our wedding safer without feeling like a lame conference. We would 100% hire them again.
Everyone we worked with was so helpful and kind. The BOB was very patient, understanding, helpful, and flexible in navigating the COVID restrictions. The space was affordable and the catering was delicious! Our coordinators were very easy to contact and always replied quickly. They are a dream vendor for brides and grooms.
It was a fantastic night. Your staff did a great job. Everyone loved the venue and lots of compliments on the food. Every dish was great.
Gilmore did an absolutely wonderful job. The food was excellent. The service was spectacular. Everything from start to finish. My initial email was answered promptly. Angela and Lori were great to work with. My expectations were blown away! What a team!
Everything about our wedding reception in Saugatuck was amazing. I can't begin to tell you how thrilled we were with everything. Kim was fantastic to work with and Charlie was absolutely incredible. I was truly impressed, as were all of our guests; you made it seem effortless. And the food! Every single person that attended the wedding told me the food was fantastic.
It’s taken me a couple of days to write this review... my emotions after having our daughter’s wedding there have been on overload and much of that is due to the amazing experience we had working with Felicia and all the staff at Paddock Place. We had many ups and downs (in fact we booked with Paddock Place due to Covid-19) and Felicia helped us navigate every single one of those downs! She truly was a calming force during every single mandate (and rain storm) and we could not be more thankful for her and Paddock Place! Everything was incredibly beautiful and I’ll always think of Paddock Place as a special place in our families’ lives! Thank you, Felicia and all the staff! We couldn’t be more thankful and we all feel so blessed to have had you be a part of such a special day! Thank you!

Your venue is gorgeous - the food is delicious - and your service is outstanding. We loved every part of this experience. I cannot tell you how many people told us that the food was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. There were so many people, as well, who had never heard of this venue, and everyone truly loved it! The set up was AMAZING! Thank you, so much, for taking the time to make things absolutely perfect. Luke, you were great to work with Friday night. You were so accommodating and had absolutely everything under control. Everyone knows food matters at a wedding. Gilmore Catering was beyond our expectations! Kim and Charlie were hands down the best caterers you'll find in the state of Michigan! For weeks after our wedding guests were telling us how much they enjoyed the food. Kim and her team cooked up a storm using lots of local produce! Charlie made sure everything ran smoothly and brought a smile and a good sense of humor. Kim was very accommodating, crafting a menu that fit our requests and preferences. Couldn't have asked for a better caterer!
My husband and I had our daughter's wedding reception at Eve in The B.O.B. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. Not only is it affordable, but they also offered a wonderful addition which most venues do not: Our event came with a dedicated manager by the name of Charlie Harmon. He was such a kind, compassionate professional and really the best at what he does. The food was amazing, and the best part of the evening was the ambiance. The way the room is designed to get people up and moving. We had the time of our lives!

I wanted to reach out to say how fantastic Felicia Dykema is. My daughter and I met with her several months ago to reserve a room for my daughter’s rehearsal dinner that was rescheduled a couple of times because of COVID. From our initial meeting and several emails since then, Felicia has been super professional, easy-going, nice to work with, and very responsive. Unfortunately, we have had to cancel the rehearsal dinner and are grateful that Gilmore Catering is being flexible and will return our deposit. I just wanted to thank you and say that Felicia does a really nice job representing Paddock Place.
We are extremely pleased with our choice of Gilmore Catering for our wedding day at Felt Mansion. Charlie, our event manager, is a master at what he does and the serving staff was friendly and knowledgeable. So many special touches like a server carrying my plate back to the table for me, one of the servers pulling out my grandmother's chair for her, the team cleaning the chargers when that was not in their job description, and so much more. We received many compliments on the food and the service. I was also impressed with the pre-planning; Angela Shea worked so well with me as an adviser, kept me on a timeline, advised great food options and portions, and contributed greatly to the success of the day. I could not have imagined going with any other catering company for our wedding day.
I wanted to send a thank you and kuddos to the team at Gilmore Catering. From the beginning, we appreciated your and Barb's prompt responses, professionalism and industry expertise. You ALL were so great to work with and the food was outstanding. In fact, several guests are still commenting how delicious the food was. They also loved Jen behind the bar. The team led by Charlie couldn't have been more hospitable. Ryan and I have been in the service industry a very long time - we've never seen staff so attentive. I needed to leave my dinner for a brief moment and came back to it covered to keep it warm. The service staff was checking in with us to see if they could take empty glassware from us or if there was anything they could get us. These are just a few small things that made a huge impact on our day. Please share with the staff a huge thank you from us and to please keep up the great work! We will definitely recommend Gilmore Catering in the future.

The food was excellent. Our guests raved about the omelets—in fact, many said they were the best they'd ever had. The belinis were delicious and the guests all raved about the passed appetizers.
We could not have asked for more! First, Thank you Angela for your time & patience with both Allie and myself. I really appreciate your getting back to us quickly. Gilmore Catering was fabulous! Ondi was incredibly sweet, fun, witty, calm, very positive & most of all informative. We walked the venue asking Ondi all kinds of questions to which she wrote everything down & answered our questions. The day of the wedding, Ondi was spot on. She was literally from one end of the venue to the other taking care of everything. She worked very well with all of her staff out front and at the bar. Ondi was literally running all night, making sure we were following our timeline. As sweet as she is, she works very well with everyone, delegates & takes on issues herself. A complete asset to your Company. As I said before, she is a keeper!
