We couldn't have asked for a better wedding reception thanks to everyone at the B.O.B that made it happen! Madeline was our event coordinator and helped with the reception and every detail leading up to the day. She was very professional and quick to respond to all of my questions. All of our guests were so impressed with the venue's location, service and the food. We had exceptional service and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and we had the perfect day. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride!
The staff at The BOB is amazing. They were so helpful and our wedding reception was exceptional. They were so attentive, caring, and thoughtful while going through three plan changes due to COVID-19. Lori went above and beyond to make our special day wonderful. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable.
Everyone loved the catering crew so much! There were so many nice things said! The food was amazing!! Everyone ate and we were all wildly impressed!! So I want to say a big thanks to all the lovely people that were a part of the preparation it was beyond wonderful! They even got right on it when we realized we had some miscommunication as far as the vegan meal goes & potatoes w/o pork. We made it work and it was lovely! I'm so grateful for all you did! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
My husband and I just had our wedding reception at The BOB this past Saturday. It was the end of a magical wedding experience as we were married in Italy. I wanted to write you and let you know how incredibly blessed we felt to have worked with Madeline. She was nothing but exceptional and answered all of our questions with patience and grace. She was always there for us and we never felt like we were a bother (even though at times I am sure we were!). It is obvious that Madeline loves what she does and is in the right business and The Gilmore Collection should feel so fortunate to have such a rock-star on their team. As a supervisor I know what it is like to only hear the bad so I wanted to reach out to you and make sure that you knew you had someone special on your team and you should be proud of her. I am a little sad that it is all over but I will have wonderful memories forever. You can be sure that I will be recommending The BOB, and Madeline, to others who are looking for a great venue place that knows how to treat their clients.
Angela and the Gilmore team made our big day so special and we are so thankful! Angela answered every question and was so patient and accommodating with changes, additions, and dietary requirements. We received so many compliments on all of the food at the wedding, and the service was even more amazing! The servers were so attentive, and even put our food back in the warmer until we were able to sit and eat as the bride and groom. Everything was delicious, presented beautifully and served with attention and professionalism!
Thank you so much for all the work that went into planning for the reception. Michael and I and all of our guests had an amazing time. We got so many compliments on the food and space! It was a pleasure working with both Madeline and Lori.
Everything went very very well! Maggie did a great job and the staff that was there were wonderful. The table linens looked great. All the food was delicious (I made sure I got a taste of each thing!). I should have ordered more desserts, they were scooped up fast! The salads looked so cute and tasted great. The buffet looked very nice and the food was perfect. (We had to change the wedding to inside because of the weather so your staff had to hustle to set up the buffet after the ceremony and they were FAST!) My guests commented on how good everything tasted. John and I are kind of expected to have a good meal for our guests (because John is such a good chef) and this kept us in good standing with our foodie friends! I can't thank you enough for all you did to make it such a wonderful reception. Please share with Maggie that her work is greatly appreciated. She was super helpful and kind (I got overwhelmed with decisions at one point and she helped me through it).
Just wanted to reach out to you & tell you how happy we were with our daughter’s wedding reception at the BOB L3vel. From the time we visited the venue last August until her wedding August 10, 2019, your team has been highly professional & helpful. Lori Bloodworth was exceptional and really made the planning and day of events easier for us and less stressful! Everything was set up exactly as we wanted, the food was delicious and the timing for our 180 guests to go through the buffet line was quick. Lori was so helpful at the end of the night as well, packing & organizing all of our items in the same state they were brought in. A huge thanks to you & your staff for making Rachel & Eric's wedding reception perfect! We will certainly recommend L3vel to our friends.
YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!! I cannot begin to express our heartfelt thanks for an amazing experience with Baker Lofts Events. Your venue is gorgeous - the food is delicious - and your service is outstanding. We loved every part of this experience. I cannot tell you how many people told us that the food was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. There were so many people, as well, who had never heard of this venue, and everyone truly loved it! The set up was AMAZING! Thank you, so much, for taking the time to make things absolutely perfect. Luke, you were great to work with Friday night. You were so accommodating and had absolutely everything under control. Your professionalism is so appreciated, and I just have to say that it really was outstanding.Each of you helped make this day absolutely perfect. We could not have asked for more! First, Thank you Angela for your time & patience with both Allie and myself. I really appreciate your getting back to us quickly. Gilmore Catering was fabulous! Ondi was incredibly sweet, fun, witty, calm, very positive & most of all informative. We walked the venue asking Ondi all kinds of questions to which she wrote everything down & answered our questions. The day of the wedding, Ondi was spot on. She was literally from one end of the venue to the other taking care of everything. She worked very well with all of her staff out front and at the bar. Ondi was literally running all night, making sure we were following our timeline. As sweet as she is, she works very well with everyone, delegates & takes on issues herself. A complete asset to your Company. As I said before, she is a keeper!
The whole thing turned out great! We really enjoyed the food and Charlie was fantastic to work with. It couldn't have gone better. Than you again for everything!!

We loved our wedding reception at Baker Lofts. It was like a dream and better than I ever imagined. The service was phenomenal, the food amazing, and the venue beautiful. I know you gave us the deal of a life time and worked within our budget. I still can't believe how everything worked out for us. It was the best wedding food I’ve ever had. I wanted to send a thank you and kuddos to the team at Gilmore Catering. From the beginning, we appreciated your and Barb's prompt responses, professionalism and industry expertise. You ALL were so great to work with and the food was outstanding. In fact, several guests are still commenting how delicious the food was. They also loved Jen behind the bar. The team led by Charlie couldn't have been more hospitable. Ryan and I have been in the service industry a very long time - we've never seen staff so attentive. I needed to leave my dinner for a brief moment and came back to it covered to keep it warm. The service staff was checking in with us to see if they could take empty glassware from us or if there was anything they could get us. These are just a few small things that made a huge impact on our day. Please share with the staff a huge thank you from us and to please keep up the great work! We will definitely recommend Gilmore Catering in the future.
Angela answered all of my questions. I feel they went above and beyond our expectations. They listened and gave us everything we wanted and more. I will definitely use them again. The food was delicious and everyone commented on how good everything was. Highly recommend them.
The day of the wedding was a very warm one and the ceremony took place in Dimnent Chapel, which is not air conditioned. When 250+ guests arrived at the reception, your staff was butlering beer and wine to assist the large number of thirsty people in line at the bar. They also brought drinks to the wedding party who were assembled downstairs before their entrance at the reception. Your staff was professional and very pleasant to work with. The meal, drinks, and wedding cake were served in a timely fashion to a very large group. Your staff handled it beautifully. Also, the pre-planning, taste testing, and final run through were well done. Any questions we had during the process were answered promptly.
Wanted to thank you for all your help with our rehearsal dinner. The setup was great and the food was good. The service was very good. I would definitely recommend your servers and accommodations to others. I think everyone enjoyed themselves and had a good time. Again, thank you for all your help in making happen.
Our event went so well! Everyone at Baker Lofts/Gilmore Catering was so helpful and understanding throughout the entire process.
