Eve at The B.O.B. was an excellent venue for my son's Bar Mitzvah. Parking was easy given the business of the day and the atmosphere was warm and fun, and the waitstaff was phenomenal. They were attentive, responsive, and pleasant from beginning to end. Our event manager, was a true pro. She guided me through the big decisions and took care of the small details which made me feel very comfortable leaving our big day in her capable hands. I will definitely recommend Gilmore Catering to my friends and family!

Our event manager, Laura, was wonderful. She made me feel completely confident and comfortable that everything would go seamlessly and that our guests would receive the utmost in quality service. There is no other catering service I could imagine recommending before Gilmore Catering. From the unique, gourmet dishes and flexible menu combinations to the detail-oriented planners and managers, and, of course, the attentive and friendly servers and catering staff, everything for our event was sheer perfection. I did not have to worry about anything regarding the catering on our wedding day because I knew we were in the best of hands. Our guests are still raving about it being the best meal they had ever been served at a wedding!

Angela was great to work with, she suggested a menu, and we made just a few changes. Being able to get the linens and tables from Gilmore made things simple, one stop shopping! My wife and I held a private birthday party at Paddock Place. Molly, the manager, went above and beyond. She was absolutely an excellent host, and the staff attended to our every need with a smile on their faces. Not only was the food excellent, the space was beautiful and the place settings were tasteful. We highly recommend this place for private gatherings!
We had my daughter's wedding reception at The B.O.B. in downtown Grand Rapids. After doing some online research, we found that the catering and event-planning services offered through Gilmore Catering and the price of a Friday wedding outmatched any of its competitors. From the first time we visited the venue until the moment we left after the reception, the service we received was excellent. Every time my daughter contacted you with any questions or changes, she received a prompt and helpful reply. We were also impressed by the quality of the food. I had so many guests tell me it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten. As the parents, we were expecting to have to do quite a bit at the reception, but Gilmore Catering's staff took care of everything without our even noticing. Many of our guests have commented to us how professional your servers and bartenders were. I am telling everyone I know about how well we were treated and about the amazing quality of your venue, your staff, and your food and drink.
The beer lover's breakfast menu was awesome. Biscuits and gravy- delicious.
We selected Baker Lofts in Holland, Michigan, for our daughter's wedding and to just say it was an excellent experience does not do it justice. From the moment we booked the event, working with the Gilmore Catering team was a joy and completely stress free. This great experience was due in large part to Luke Miller. I am not one to write these reviews, but to not give him proper credit, along with the other staff members, the food, the bar, and overall experience, would be a terrible mistake. Anyone looking for a perfect venue needs to consider Baker Lofts. I have had people say it was the wedding of the year!

Everything was great, from the initial planning stages through making decisions and final details, Madelyn was very helpful and kind. The event staff was awesome and did a great job, even staying much later than they were scheduled without complaining. So happy we chose this!
We had a wonderful experience with the pizza cart and the three staff members who worked our event. They went above and beyond to accommodate us! We look forward to booking the pizza cart again sometime in the future - it was a huge hit!
We wanted to thank you and your staff. The meal and service for our annual banquet were exceptional! We have had so many people tell us how much they enjoyed the meal, it was hot and delicious. We greatly appreciate your recommendations and expertise. We did not worry at all about the how the evening would go, because you knew what you needed to make the evening run smoothly in such a unique situation and space. Your staff was polite, efficient and so thorough. From my vantage point, in the back of the room, I could see all of them working diligently to deliver the dinner and continue to serve. Charlie was so kind too. I appreciated him checking in to be sure everything was going well and if there was anything we needed. I would also say they are all very stealth. :-) From replacing water to all the sudden they were out of the room when the speaker started if not before. All the sudden I realized they were gone! Top notch all the way around. The evening was a huge success and we thank you for being such an intricate part of the evening!

We had our rehearsal dinner on Oct 7 at HOME at the BOB and it was amazing! The space was beautiful with romantic candles and elegant napkin/cutlery settings, the staff, especially the manager were wonderful! The food was phenomenal - we had a lot of guest travel to be to our wedding and I was so proud to bring them to such an amazing space. Also the office staff were great! Coordination and planning were executed very well. I would recommend this space and catering company to anyone hosting an event.
