Your delicious plate of food would never get to you if not for Rachel. As sous chef, it's her job to execute the culinary vision and customized menus of Executive Chef Mick Rickerd. And she does it perfectly.

She's a born-and-bred Grand Rapidian with an associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Grand Rapids Community College. She has experience doing pastries at JW Marriott in Tuscon, Arizon, and the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel.

When she's not perfecting her Nerf shot, she enjoys traveling and tasting local cuisine, especially Mediterranean and Italian.
