Luke is the calm in the catering storm. In this high-paced environment, his ability to make sure everything is running smoothly is a true gift. He manages our West Michigan venue, Baker Lofts in Holland, which is an ideal lakeshore space for weddings, company holiday parties, product launches, Mitzvahs, and more.

He was born and raised in Michigan and has a degree in Natural Resources Recreation & Tourism from Michigan State University. He loves backpacking, playing soccer (he was an all-state player in high school), trying his hand at amateur carpentry, and eating copious amounts of his mother's homemade chicken enchiladas. Oh, and he once spent 6 days living on a glacier.
