The B.O.B. (an acronym for Big Old Building) is a flexible downtown Grand Rapids special event and banquet space with multiple rooms that can hold as few as 20 guests individually or up to 2,000 when combined. The 70,000-square-foot, four-story, red brick building is the perfect venue for social occasions like weddings, receptions, Mitzvahs, quinceaneras, and birthday parties, as well as corporate functions like business meetings, product launches, and company holiday parties.
